Word of the Day: IMMACULATE
Without spot or stain
immaculate (adj) - perfectly clean and neat; free from flaws and errors [ih-mak-yuh-lit]
BREAKDOWN: IM- (not) + MACULA- (spot) + -ATE (having or being)
immaculacy is the state of being completely flawless, spotless, or pure
“In order to be an immaculate member of a flock of sheep, one must above all be a sheep oneself.” —Albert Einstein

I love that the roots point to "without spot."
It made me think about how we often use words like immaculate, perfect, or flawless as end states, when learning is almost the opposite.
Real learning is usually full of mistakes, revisions, and imperfect drafts. The goal isn't to be without flaws—it's to understand them well enough to keep improving.
Perhaps the most valuable kind of precision isn't being immaculate from the start, but becoming more accurate with each iteration.
